RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

All & Sundry has a strict no refunds policy for edible items and for items where hygiene and safety may not be compromised in any way, such as undergarments, swimwear, beauty and healthcare products.

​

However, if for whatever unfortunate reason the customer received a damaged item, including damage that may have been caused during shipping, or if a defective item was dispatched to a customer by the supplier, or if you received the wrong item, you must intimate us within 1 day of receiving the item, sending us pictures of the condition in which the item was delivered to you. This will allow us to help customers avail of the most suitable remedy for that particular order.

After evaluation, a return with replacement or refund may be agreed depending on whether the item is available in stock. Alternatively, the customer may be offered discount coupons or gift cards for the purchase of other items in the store for the same value of the refund.

Please note that returns or refunds will only be made once the item has been returned to the supplier and the item has satisfactorily met the requirements for a return. Logistics costs will have to be covered by the customer unless the customer is directed otherwise.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items also cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We understand that there may also be times where you may wish to also change your mind about a certain product for various reasons, such as the fit, the colour, the size, etc. after making a purchase, or once it has entered into the shipping process, or upon receiving the product. For pieces of clothing or make-up, we recommend that you take into consideration that the same piece of clothing may fit different people differently, and therefore, purchasing an item without trying it on means that you are open to the idea that the item you purchased may or may not be the most flattering fit. While we do not offer refunds or replacements for such items, we will leave it entirely up to you to decide what you will do with a purchased item that may no longer appeal to your aesthetic sense.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION

Once the payment has been made and the order confirmed, we will arrange with our suppliers to dispatch the item/s to you at the earliest. However, there may be times where you change your mind about a product after making the payment and receiving an order confirmation. If the item has already been dispatched, we will not be able to reverse it, and any cancellation will simply mean you will not receive the item or be obliged to do so, but neither will we be obliged to refund the purchase.

EUROPEAN UNION 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

To start a return, you can contact us at info@allandsundry.online. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the same as the country the goods are being dispatched from, your goods may take longer than expected.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS 

​

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
